The Burrillville Municipal Court was established by statute (Rhode Island General Laws, Chapter 45 Section 2 Subsection 49) in May 1999 by the Rhode Island legislature. Court sessions are held on the first and third Tuesday of each month in the Municipal Court Room at the Burrillville Police station at 1477 Victory Highway, Burrillville Rhode Island. Prior to the establishment of the Municipal Court, all traffic offenses were adjudicated at the Rhode Island Traffic Tribunal Court located in Woonsocket, Rhode Island.
