SPECIAL MEETING of the Town Council to be held Monday, November 17, 2003 at 10:00 o’clock a.m. in the Council Chamber, Town Building, 105 Harrisville Main St., Harrisville for and within the Town of Burrillville.
MEMBERS PRESENT: Council President Wallace F. Lees, Councilors Jacqueline Zahn, William A. Andrews, Louis Bleiweis, Edward F. Bonczek, Ronald E. Faford and William E. Gonyea.
MEMBERS ABSENT:
1. That the following renewals of Alcoholic Beverage Licenses under provision of Title 3, Chapter 7, GENERAL LAWS of Rhode Island, 1956, as amended, for the period beginning December 1, 2003 and ending November 30, 2004.
1. Obtaining a Certificate of Good Standing from the State Division of Taxation prior to the date of said renewal, and
2. The payment of taxes owed to the Town of Burrillville, and
3. The establishment being in compliance with all state and local building and fire codes.
4. Copy of certification from the Rhode Island Department of Health.
