PUBLIC HEARING of the Town Council to be held Wednesday, September 22, 2004 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber, Town Building, Harrisville for and within the Town of Burrillville.
MEMBERS PRESENT: Council President Wallace F. Lees, Councilors Jacqueline Zahn, William A. Andrews, Louis Bleiweis, Edward F. Bonczek, Ronald E. Faford and William E. Gonyea.
MEMBERS ABSENT:
Relative to considering and acting upon declaring that Brook Street and Frederick Street in the Town of
Burrillville are Public Highways, and said Brook Street and Frederick Street are as set forth in that
plan, entitled:
Right of Way Plan, Brook Street and Frederick, Assessor's Plat 140, Lots 67-73 & 78-80, Burrillville, Rhode Island, Prepared by ATS Survey Inc., 75 Sockanosset Crossroad, Suite 300, Cranston, RI 02920, (401) 946-5100, fax: 464-6006, Prepared for Town of Burrillville, 105 Harrisville Main Street, Harrisville, RI 02830, November 2001.
NOTES: Notice was personally sent to all abutting property owners by certified mail, in accordance with the provisions of RIGL24-2-1. Notice of the hearing was advertised in the legal section of the Woonsocket Call on September 10, 14 and 21, 2004.
