REGULAR MEETING of the Town Council to be held on Wednesday, October 27, 2004 at 7:00 o’clock P.M. in the Council Chamber, Town Building, 105 Harrisville Main Street, Harrisville, for and within the Town of Burrillville.
MEMBERS PRESENT: Council President Wallace F. Lees; Councilors Jacqueline Zahn, William A. Andrews, Louis Bleiweis, Edward F. Bonczek, Ronald E. Faford and William E. Gonyea.

04-306 Consider and act on the Burrillville Planning Board recommendation to accept the industrial roadway within Commerce Park being referred to as Daniele Drive; and to formally name the roadway “Daniele Drive”.

04-287 Correspondence from Michael C. Wood, Town Manager, regarding the request from James Daniels, Site Manager, Clarkin Property Management Company, Agent for Maplehill Mobile Home Park for help in construction of a retaining wall on Cooper Hill Road.
8. New Business to be considered and acted upon:
04-307 Correspondence from Colonel Bernard E. Gannon, Chief of Police, regarding the possibility of sharing a portion of the police substation on Pascoag Main Street with a recruiter from the Rhode Island Army National Guard.
04-308 Motion to support a Community Economic Growth Fund Application in the amount of $10,000 for the continuation of the revitalization of 96 Pascoag Main Street; to be considered and acted on.
04-309 Motion to support the planning department’s application, via resolution, to the Federal Environmental Protection Agency in the amount of $200,000 to be applied to remedial environmental activities associated with AP 160, Lot 80 to be considered and acted on.

04-310 Motion to receive and file a copy of the warranty deed from Raymond P. Fontaine and Timothy O’Hara to the Town of Burrillville recording in the land evidence records of the Town of Burrillville, Book 366, Page 194; to be considered and acted on.
04-311 Correspondence from Council President Wallace F. Lees regarding the scheduling of a special meeting to consider annual license renewals; and to consider and act on canceling the regular meetings scheduled for 11/24/04 and 12/22/04.
04-312 Correspondence from Town Council of the Town of Jamestown requesting their support of a resolution opposing any expansion to the KeySpan LNG facility located at the Fields Point section of Providence, RI.
