SPECIAL MEETING of the Town Council of the Town of Burrillville to be held Monday, November 22, 2004 at 1:00 p.m. in the Burrillville Town Council Chambers, Town Building, 105 Harrisville Main Street, Harrisville.

MEMBER ABSENT:

New Business to be considered and acted upon:

1. Motion to authorize the administration to proceed with bidding of the school administration building project, and to appropriate a sum of $500,000 from the major capital account; and that each construction phase be subject to Town Council approval; to be considered and acted upon.

2. Criteria for determining gross household income for eligibility to receive tax credits; for consideration and discussion.

3. Motion to award bids, as recommended by John P. Mainville, Finance Director; to be considered and acted on.
