CONTINUED SPECIAL MEETING of the Town Council to be held Wednesday, December 14, 2005 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber, Town Building, 105 Harrisville Main St., Harrisville for and within the Town of Burrillville.
MEMBERS PRESENT: Council President Wallace F. Lees; Councilors Jacqueline Zahn, William A. Andrews, Nancy F. Binns, Margaret L. Dudley, Ronald E. Faford and William E. Gonyea.

Notice of the Special Meeting was duly advertised in the Legal Section of the Woonsocket Call on Monday, November 7, 2005 and Monday, November 14, 2005.
The meeting commenced on November 21, 2005 at 10:00 a.m. and the following items were continued to December 14, 2005 at 7:00 p.m.
That the following renewal of an Alcoholic Beverage License under provision of Title 3, Chapter 7, GENERAL LAWS of Rhode Island, 1956, as amended, for the period beginning December 1, 2005 and ending November 30, 2006, subject to:
1. The establishment being in compliance with all state and local building and fire codes.
2. Copy of certification from the Rhode Island Department of Health.
3. Certificate of Insurance in compliance with §8-28 of the Ordinances of the Town of Burrillville.
1. Application for license to sell beverages under provisions of Title 3, Chapter 5, Section 17 and Title 3, Chapter 7, Section 6 of the General Laws of Rhode Island, 1956, as amended, for term ending November 30, 2006.
RETAIL LICENSE CLASS D (FULL PRIVILEGE)
COLUMBUS CLUB OF BURRILLVILLE, INC., in building owned by Columbus Club of Burrillville, Inc., 98 Roosevelt Avenue, Pascoag (Map 140, Lot 85)
2. That the Columbus Club of Burrillville, Inc, be and they are hereby granted permission to remain open until 3:00 o’clock a.m. on New Year’s Day January 1, 2006 and no intoxicating liquor shall be sold after 2:00 o’clock a.m. until the legal opening hours of January 1, 2006 and no dancing shall be permitted after 3:00 o’clock a.m. on New Year’s morning until the legal opening hour. Licensees who plan to remain open must notify the Chief of Police, Colonel Bernard E. Gannon on or before November 30, 2005.
3. That the Victualing House Licenses under provisions of Title 3, Chapter 7 and Title 5, Chapter 24, Section 1, GENERAL LAWS OF Rhode Island, 1956, as amended, be granted to the following for the period beginning December 1, 2005.

4. That the annual entertainment license be granted to the following:
