PUBLIC HEARING of the Town Council to be held Wednesday, July 26, 2006 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber, Town Building, Harrisville for and within the Town of Burrillville.
MEMBERS PRESENT: Council President Wallace F. Lees; Councilors Jacqueline Zahn, William A. Andrews, Nancy F. Binns, Edward F. Bonczek, Margaret L. Dudley and Ronald E. Faford.
MEMBERS ABSENT:
Relative to considering and acting upon the petition of LDD Enterprises, LLC, owners of Map 114, Lot 16, in the Town of Burrillville Tax Assessor’s records, seeking rezoning of one (1) lot located adjacent to Douglas Pike (Route 7) and Bronco Highway (Route 102), specifically:
Rezone Map 114, Lot 16 from Limited Industrial to Village Commercial
NOTE: The notice of meeting and full description was advertised in the local section of the Woonsocket Call on July 10, 17 and 24, 2006.
NOTE: Notice was sent to all abutting property owners by certified mail, as required by law.
