REGULAR MEETING of the Town Council to be held on Wednesday, October 11, 2006 at 7:00 p.m. in the Town Council Chambers, Town Building, 105 Harrisville Main St., Harrisville, for and within the Town of Burrillville.

Wood, Town Manager, pursuant to Rhode Island Open Meeting Law [42-46-5 (a)(2)] for discussions relating to litigation matters; [42-46-5 (a)(2)] relative to collective bargaining regarding the Council 94 collective bargaining agreement and regarding negotiations with the Burrillville Teachers’ Association; [42-46-5 (a)(4)] for review, discussion and action related to investigative proceedings regarding allegations of civil or criminal misconduct and [42-46-5(a)(5)] for review, discussion and action related to the acquisition, sale and exchange of real property.
