CONTINUED SPECIAL MEETING of the Town Council to be held Wednesday, January 24, 2007 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber, Town Building, 105 Harrisville Main St., Harrisville for and within the Town of Burrillville.
PRESENT: Council President Nancy F. Binns, Councilors Wallace F. Lees, Kevin M. Blais, Margaret L. Dudley, John M. Karmozyn Jr., Norman C. Mainville and Cynthia L. Roe
MEMBERS ABSENT:
Consider and act on applications for annual licenses from VILLAGE BARN, LLC (continued from the special meeting held Monday, November 20, 2006). Granting and issuance of licenses are subject to:
A. Obtaining a Certificate of Good Standing from the State Division of Taxation prior to the date of said renewal, and
B. The payment of taxes owed to the Town of Burrillville, and
C. The establishment being in compliance with all state and local building and fire codes.
D. Copy of certification from the Rhode Island Department of Health.
E. Proof of Alcohol Server Training.
F. Certificate of Insurance in compliance with §8-28 of the Ordinances of the Town of Burrillville.

A. That a retail license Class B(Victualer) to sell beverages under provisions of Title 3, Chapter 5, Section 17 and Title 3, Chapter 7, Section 6 of the General Laws of Rhode Island, 1956, as amended, for term ending November 30, 2007 be granted to VILLAGE BARN, LLC d/b/a Village Barn, in building owned by Badeau Properties, LLC, 953 Victory Highway, Mapleville, (Map 196, Lot 12)
B. That the victualing house license under provisions of Title 3, Chapter 7 and Title 5, Chapter 24, Section 1, General Laws of Rhode Island, 1956, as amended, be granted to the following for term ending November 30, 2007 to VILLAGE BARN, LLC d/b/a Village Barn, in building owned by Badeau Properties, LLC, 953 Victory Highway, Mapleville, (Map 196, Lot 12)
C. That a pool table license be granted to VILLAGE BARN, LLC d/b/a Village Barn, in building owned by Badeau Properties, LLC, 953 Victory Highway, Mapleville, (Map 196, Lot 12) – 5 Tables
