PUBLIC HEARING of the Town Council to be held Wednesday, January 24, 2007 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber, Town Building, Harrisville for and within the Town of Burrillville.
PRESENT: Council President Nancy F. Binns, Councilors Wallace F. Lees, Kevin M. Blais, Margaret L. Dudley, John M. Karmozyn Jr., Norman C. Mainville and Cynthia L. Roe
MEMBERS ABSENT:
Relative to considering and acting upon the petition of Ronald V. Caponigro, Jr., Mary E. Caponigro, Darlene I. Tetreault and Rene Gagne to abandon one hundred percent (100 %) of its interest in and to the so-called “Burrows Lane”. Description is as follows:
A.P. 131/19, A.P. 132/43, A.P. 132/42 and A.P. 132/3 of said Tax Assessor’s records lcated off Pulaski Road.
NOTE: The notice of meeting and description was advertised in the legal section of the Woonsocket Call January 9, 16 and 23 2007.
NOTE: Notice was sent to all abutting property owners by certified mail, as required by law.

2. Public Comment.
3. That closure of the Public Hearing be now taken up.
4. That action on abandoning one hundred percent (100 %) of the Town’s interest in and to the so-called “Burrows Lane” be taken.
