08-078 Correspondence from Councilor Margaret L. Dudley, Chair, Ordinance Subcommittee, regarding the Subcommittee's recommendations:
A. that the Burrillville Town Council accept the roadway for the new Jesse M. Smith Library complex, as requested by the Planning Board;
B. that the Burrillville Town Council formally name the roadway "Tinkham Lane" as recommended by the Library Building Committee;
C. that signage be installed prohibiting improper use of skateboards, bicycles and scooters;
D. first reading of a proposed ordinance establishing a 10 mile per hour speed limit for the roadway; and that a public hearing be scheduled.
08-079 First reading of a proposed ordinance relative to proposed changes to §30-208. Rural Residential Compounds, as recommendation by the Ordinance Subcommittee; and that a public hearing be scheduled.
