MEETING of the Burrillville Bicentennial Commission, being the Organizational Meeting, to be held Monday, February 28, 2005 at 7:00 o'clock p.m. in the Council Chamber, Town Building, Harrisville, for and within the Town of Burrillville.

MEMBERS PRESENT: Charlotte Gabrielson, Patricia Henderson, Patricia Mehrtens, Richard Peck and Jason Rhodes

MEMBERS ABSENT:

New Business to be discussed and acted on:

1. Oath of office shall be administered to all newly appointed Bicentennial Commission.

2. Discussion of Rhode Island Code of Ethics and Open Meetings Laws.

3. Election of officers.

4. Discussion of tentative meeting schedule.

5. General discussion.

6. Adjournment.
