	REGULAR MEETING of the Burrillville Charter Review Commission to be held Wednesday, August 5, 2009 at 7:00 P.M. in the Town Council Chambers, 105 Harrisville Main St., Harrisville for and within the Town of Burrillville. MEMBERS PRESENT: Aaron Coutu, Gregory Degnan, Michael Keable, David Ketcham, Valerie Ann Leduc, David Marcotte, Kevin Menard, Leo Plouffe and Barbara Schouboe MEMBERS ABSENT: New Business to be considered and acted on: 1. Swearing in of members 2. Election of officers (chair, vice-chair and secretary) 3. Distribution of materials 4. Charge to the commission 5. Discussion of appointment of an administrative aid to the commission 6. Schedule of regular meetings 7. Adjournment
