	POSTED: September 14, 2009 Meeting of a subcommittee of the Burrillville Charter Review Commission to be held Wednesday September 16, 2009 at 7:00 P.M. in the Town Council Chambers, 105 Harrisville Main St., Harrisville for and within the Town of Burrillville. MEMBERS PRESENT: Aaron Coutu, Valerie Ann Leduc, David Marcotte and Barbara Schouboe MEMBERS ABSENT: 1. Call to order. 2. New Business to be considered and acted on: Request for executive session from Valerie Ann Leduc pursuant to Rhode Island Open Meetings Act [42-46-5(a)(1)] for discussions relating to job performance: interviews for the position of administrative assistant to the Charter Review Commission. 3.
