CASE # 2009-11: GERALD LAPIERRE:  Applicant(s), and Gerald Lapierre, Owner(s) of property on 673 Douglas Pike, Pole #223, in the Village of Nasonville, Town of Burrillville, Assessor’s Map: 114  Lot:  27  in the R-40, A-120 Zoning Districts has/have filed an application for a variance to build a barn.  Zoning Ordinance 30-111 Table of dimensional regulations.  Note:  This case was continued from the October 13, 2009 Zoning Hearing.

CASE # 2009-12:  DART DEVELOPMENT:  Applicant(s), and Dart Development, Owner(s) of property on Jackson School House Road, Pole # 54, in the Village of Pascoag, Town of Burrillville, Assessor’s Map: 225  Lot:  23  in the F-5, A-80 Zoning Districts has/have filed an application for a variance to build a single family dwelling.  Zoning Ordinance 30-153(4)a Lots containing wetlands.  Note:  This case was continued from the October 13, 2009 Zoning Hearing.

CASE # 2009-13:  WILLIAM O. & LYDIA A. LAPIERRE:  Applicant(s), and William O. & Lydia A. Lapierre, Owner(s) of property on 63-65 Harrisville Main Street, in the Village of Harrisville, Town of Burrillville, Assessor’s Map: 143  Lot:  43  in the R-12, A-100 Zoning Districts has/have filed an application for a variance to convert a duplex into a 3 unit dwelling.  Zoning Ordinance 30-204 Multiunit dwellings.
