Background of Burrillville GIS
Burrillville's Geographic Information System (GIS) dates back to a 1991 flyover and re-mapping of the town. Digitized assessor's maps were generated at that time. The GIS was started in 1994 by converting the assessors maps to a seamless map of the town and was refined over the next several years.
