REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS/BIDS
The Town of Burrillville and/or Board of Administration is seeking individual sealed bids for the Town on the following items:
1. Police Station Addition/Renovation Project
2. Police Shelter
3. Police Vehicle Maintenance
4. Annex HVAC
5. Annex Generator
For the convenience of prospective bidders, specifications for the above items can be obtained at the Town Clerk's Office, Burrillville Town Hall, 105 Harrisville Main Street, Harrisville, RI 02830. Proposals for any of the above items will be received at the Town Clerk's Office, until Wednesday, 2:00 p.m. on May 28, 2008. All bids will be publicly opened at 2:05 p.m. on Wednesday, May 28, 2008.
The Town of Burrillville and/or Board or Administration reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informality in the bids received, to award a bid in part or in whole, and to accept the bid that is considered to be in the best interest of the Town of Burrillville and/or Board of Administration.
