The Burrillville Extended Care, a division of the Parks & Recreation Department, provides a secure and safe environment for Burrillville children enrolled in grades K-8 for periods prior to the commencement of the school day and for a period after classes and during school vacation/summer recess. The Town Council established an board of directors to assist the recreation director in establishing programs, policies and procedures. Town ordinance provides for appointment of board members.
The Burrillville Extended Care Commission meets the first Monday in March, June, September, and December at 6:30 p.m. at Parks and Recreation Department at 92 North Main Street, Pascoag.
