The Juvenile Hearing Board hears all cases referred to it by the juvenile division of the police department or the chief of police with respect to persons under the age of 18 who are charged with violating the criminal laws of the state or the town. Members are appointed according to the Town Charter.
The Juvenile Hearing Board meets the second and fourth Thursday of every month at 7:15 p.m. in the Town Council Chambers.
