The Personnel Board recommends personnel rules and regulations, classification and pay plans for all full time permanent employees and policies regarding vacation, sick leave, etc. The Board conducts recruitment processes for all full-time, permanent positions in accordance with the Town Charter and existing collective bargaining agreements and provides candidates for consideration to the town administration. Members are appointed by the Town Council according to Town Charter.
The Personnel Board meets the third Monday of every month at 8:30 a.m. in the Town Council Chambers.
