At the Last Town Council Meeting . . .
At their meeting on Wednesday, August 11, 2010, the Burrillville Town Council congratulated Mapleville resident, Harmony Fire Chief Stu Pearson, who was recently recognized by Fire News with their 2010 Outstanding Leadership Award. Charter Changes
At their meeting on Wednesday, July 14, 2010, the Burrillville Town Council passed a resolution to include changes to the Burrillville Town Charter on this year's ballot in November. Follow this link to see the resolution.

Meetings
Regular meetings of the Burrillville Town Council are held on the second and fourth Wednesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. in the Town Council chambers, Town Building, 105 Harrisville Main Street, Harrisville, RI 02830.
Public hearings, workshops and special meetings are scheduled as needed.
To appear before the Town Council, submit a written request to the Town Clerk's office by 4:00 p.m. on the Thursday before each meeting.
The Town of Burrillville will provide accommodations needed to ensure equal participation. Please contact the Burrillville Town Clerk at least three (3) business days prior to the meeting so arrangements can be made to provide such assistance at no cost to the person requesting it. A request for this service can be made in writing or by calling (401) 568-4300 (voice) or “via RI Relay 1-800-745-5555” (TTY).
