	Burrillville Commerce Park Acreage: 253 acres total 189 acres available remaining Zoning: General Industrial (GI) Uses Permitted: Manufacturing, distribution, warehouses Utilities: Public water, sewer, electric, cable, streets, and drainage are in place. The Town of Burrillville purchased 253 acres from the Lambert Family Partnership of Cumberland in 2002 to create Burrillville’s second industrial park. Two food manufacturing, distribution and warehouse facilities have been built on approximately 65 acres. The remaining 189 acres is available for development.
