Zoning: General Industrial Uses Permitted: Manufacturing, distribution, warehouses Prior use: Vacant Type: New construction In 2002, the Town acquired 253 acres from the Lambert Family Partnership of Cumberland to create Burrillville’s second industrial park. The new Commerce Park’s first tenant, Daniele Prociuotto, made application to relocate their business from 105 Davis Drive in Pascoag. Their new 108,000 square foot facility in Commerce Park sports state of the art food production, and with a potential to acquire another 28 acres, has room to double in size. The project created 54 new jobs and retained in town another 216 jobs. The new facility was completed in 2004.
