SPECIAL MEETING of the Town Council held on Friday, September 12, 2003 at 9:00 o'clock a.m. in the Council Chamber, Town Building, Harrisville, for and within the Town of Burrillville.
MEMBERS PRESENT: Council President Wallace F. Lees; Councilors Jacqueline Zahn, William A. Andrews, Edward F. Bonczek, Ronald E. Faford and William E. Gonyea.
MEMBERS ABSENT: Councilor Louis Bleiweis
VOTED to grant a Class F Liquor License to Edward A. Gartland d/b/a Nasonville Fire Department, 2577 Victory Highway, Nasonville, to apply at a Chowder & Clamcake Dinner, to be held on Sunday, September 21, 2003, on property owned by the Nasonville Fire Department.
Note: A victualing license for this event was granted at the regular meeting of March 26, 2003.
Motion by Councilor Jacqueline Zahn. Seconded by Councilor William E. Gonyea. The vote was unanimous by the six members in attendance. Voting in favor of the motion were Council President Wallace F. Lees, Councilors Jacqueline Zahn, William A. Andrews, Edward F. Bonczek, Ronald E. Faford and William E. Gonyea. Councilor Louis Bleiweis was excused.
VOTED to adjourn at 9:02 a.m.
Motion by Councilor Jacqueline Zahn. Seconded by Councilor William E. Gonyea. The vote was unanimous by the six members in attendance. Voting in favor of the motion were Council President Wallace F.
