SPECIAL MEETING of the Town Council held on Wednesday, October 15, 2003 at 4:00 o'clock p.m. in the Council Chamber, Town Building, Harrisville, for and within the Town of Burrillville.
MEMBERS PRESENT: Council President Wallace F. Lees; Councilors Louis Bleiweis, Edward F. Bonczek, Ronald E. Faford and William E. Gonyea.
MEMBERS ABSENT: Councilors Jacqueline Zahn and William A. Andrews were excused.
VOTED to grant a Class F Liquor License to Maybelle St. Pierre d/b/a St. Joseph Church to apply at St. Joseph Church, 183 Sayles Avenue, Pascoag for an Apple Festival Dinner to be held on October 18, 2003.
Motion by Councilor Ronald E. Faford. Seconded by Councilor Edward F. Bonczek. The vote was unanimous by the five members in attendance. Voting in favor of the motion were Council President Wallace F. Lees, Councilors, Louis Bleiweis, Edward F. Bonczek, Ronald E. Faford and William E. Gonyea. Councilors Jacqueline Zahn and William A. Andrews were excused.
Note: A victualing license for this event was granted at the regular meeting of May 14, 2003.
VOTED to adjourn at 4:02 p.m.
Motion by Councilor William E. Gonyea. Seconded by Councilor Ronald E. Faford. The vote was unanimous by the five members in attendance. Voting in favor of the motion were Council President Wallace F. Lees, Councilors, Louis Bleiweis, Edward F. Bonczek, Ronald E. Faford and William E. Gonyea. Councilors Jacqueline Zahn and William A.
