1) Approval of last meeting s minutes tabled until June 18, 2001
2) Old Business
a. Board informed of upcoming Police Exam to take place on June 7, 2001 at 7:00 pm. Jacques Personnel will be administering the test.
3) New Business
a. Reviewed applications for Planning Director position. Angela Gosselin to set up interviews with selected applicants for June 11, 5-9pm.
b. Reviewed the current status of the Tax Assessor position. Will make further recommendations, and decisions regarding this position at future date.
c. Reviewed Financial Controller Position. John Mainville to work on job description. Angela Gosselin to place advertisements in Providence Journal, GFOA newsletter, and on the Monsterboard.
d. Classification Plan discussion tabled until June 18, 2001.
e. Dispatcher position discussed. Angela Gosselin to order testing materials, check status of existing lists, and take care of postings.
f. Finance Director position discussion tabled until June 18, 2001.
