Katia gave Ray Levesque a list of potential recruited planners. Jim will contact candidates on list and ask them to send resumes.
1. Motion to approve March 15 minutes by Jim Moran, seconded by Valerie Leduc.
2. Motion to approve April 22 minutes by Jim Moran, seconded by Valerie Leduc.
3. Motion to approve June 11 Minutes by Jim Moran, seconded by Valerie
4. Discussion of Finance Director position description - tabled.
5. Review of Classification Plan for inclusion of Financial Controller tabled.
Motion to executive Session by Jim Moran, seconded by Valerie Leduc.
Motion to close executive Session by Jim Moran, seconded by Valerie Leduc.
Readjourn to regular session 6:30 pm.
