	PERSONNEL BOARD MEETING NOTES Meeting Date: August 20, 2001 Meeting Place: Town Council Chambers Called to Order: 5:22 p.m. Members Present: James H. Moran, Chair Paul MacDonald Valerie Leduc Others Present: 1. Approved July 17, 2001 meeting minutes. Motion to approve by Paul MacDonald, seconded by James Moran. 2. Review of Classification Plan for inclusion of Financial Controller Tabled until September meeting when all members of Personnel Board can be present. 3. Review of Town wide Classification Plan Tabled until September meeting when all members of Personnel Board can be present. 4. Motion to recess Regular Meeting at 5:27 p.m by James Moran, seconded by Paul MacDonald. Re-convene at 6:00 pm to interview three candidates for position of Town Planner.
