1) Discussion regarding Treasurer situation
a. Review changes to job description, organization chart needs reorganization. Motion to accept Treasurer job description made by Valerie, 2nd by Paul. Agreed to go to Town Council for ratification.
b. Candidates to be selected after interviews conducted.
2) Correspondence received from Burrillville Police Department.
3) Approval of memo to BPD with the next three candidates.
4) Approved expenditures:
1) Providence Journal
2) CPS bill
3) CPS credit
5) Approval of September 17, 2001 minutes.
Motion to convene to executive session at 5:20 pm - pursuant to Rhode Island Open meeting Law [�˜42-46-5(a)(1)] to hold interviews for position of Tax Assessor, made by Valerie Leduc and 2nd by Paul MacDonald.
Reconvene out of executive session 7:25 pm in order to evaluate resumes for Treasurer position.
Motion to adjourn by Jim Moran, seconded by Valerie Leduc at 7:40 p.m.
