MEETING NOTES

Called to Order: 5:45 p.m.

Others Present:
1) Approval of October 15, 2001 minutes. Motion –Jim Moran, 2nd –Valerie Leduc.
2) Discussion regarding advertisement for Probationary Police Officer and recruitment process. Need to wait until list is exhausted to begin process for next list.
3) Review of items submitted to Budget Board for FYE June 30, 2003 by Angela Gosselin on behalf of the Personnel Board.
4) Discussion regarding the rewriting of the town wide job descriptions. Personnel Board concluded that they have the ability and would like to rewrite the job descriptions without the hiring of an outside agency.
5) Personnel Board would also like to review the current job application and possibly redo the application. All members to review prior to next meeting.
6) Next meeting set for 4th Monday in February due to a holiday on the third Monday.
