1. Unanimous approval of the May 21st, 2002 meeting minutes.
2. Approval of expenditures.
3. The review of the agility testing of June 15th, 2002 and the decision/date for the Probationary Police Office written exam was tabled.
4. Discussion from Jim Moran on the base wage increases as proposed by Michael C. Wood, Town Manager. It was decided to update the salary survey for reference.
5. An agenda was created and confirmed date for Personnel Board Retreat of Thursday, July 25th, 2002 from 1 PM to 5 PM.
