Approval of Minutes
Motion to approve the June 17th, 2002 meeting minutes made by Jim Moran,
seconded by Valarie Leduc
Approval of Invoices / Expenditures
Motion to approve invoices/expenditures was made by Jim Moran, seconded by
Valarie Leduc.

New Business
1. Regarding the selection process for the Deputy Treasurer – interviews will be held on Tuesday, August 13th, 2002.
2. Regarding the Information System’s Technician and the new position being created in the Assessor’s division the board members are to read job descriptions and related information and discuss at the next meeting,
August 13th, 2002.
3. The review of the Town Engineer position was tabled to the August meeting and Mike Wood is getting further information.
4. The written police exam was scheduled for Wednesday, September 18th, 2002 at 6PM in the Town Hall Chambers. The test was selected and will be ordered.
5. The review of the police hiring protocol was completed.
6. Regarding the review of Town wide job descriptions, all job descriptions are to be mailed to the Personnel Board members for review.
7. The Mini Muni Salary Survey was reviewed and discussions for the proposed base wage increases was tabled until further information is available.
