Approval of Minutes
        Motion to approve the August 13th, 2002 meeting minutes made by Valerie Leduc,
          seconded by Jim Moran.

Approval of Invoices / Expenditures
       Motion to approve invoices/expenditures totaling $ 1,102.44 was made by Valerie
         Leduc, seconded by Jim Moran:  
                              1.  Bargain Buyer (Ad Deputy Town Treasurer) $ 204.00
2.      RI News Group (same) $ 672.00
3.      IPMA (Testing Materials Probationary Police Officer) $ 177.00
4.      Ann Marie Tatulli (Consulting Services – Clerical) $ 49.44

New Business
1.      A review of the applications submitted for Deputy Town Treasurer was conducted.
2.      The review and discussion of the position of Town Engineer was tabled until further notice.
3.      Consideration of the Information System’s Technician job description was tabled.
4.      Consideration of the new position being created in the Assessor’s division was tabled.
5.      Review of the Town wide position descriptions was tabled.
6.      Review and discussion of the Mini Muni Salary Survey and review of all the salaries of the classification plan was conducted and it was determined to support the Classification Plan as written – no increases warranted at this time.
7.      Preparation for the administration of the written exam for Probationary Police Officer.
