TAI-CHI
Tai-chi is an ancient martial art exercise that today is also practiced for its health benefits.
Through slow, gentle movements we gain strength, stamina, reduce stress and improve circulation.
Yang style, Sun Style Tai-Chi, Sword/Fan forms and Quigong classes are offered for both Beginner & Intermediate Levels.
Wednesdays:

9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
