MEETING MINUTES

Called to Order: 6:00 p.m.
Members Present:
Michael Wood, Town Manager Mike Menard

Kevin Menard Katia Balassiano, Town Planner
Members Absent:
Jim Langlois
1) Introductory meeting members introduced themselves and gave backgrounds.
2) Compiled a list of contact numbers, addresses and e-mail addresses.
3) Katia Balassiano distributed various materials for the Committee to review.
4) Michael Wood advised that Scott Gibbs, Northern RI Economic Development Corporation, would be contacted to see if he would meet with the group for possible consulting services.
5) Katia Balassiano will send out supplemental information requested by the members.
6) Group will not organize at this time Michael Wood will coordinate until the members are ready to organize.
7) Set a routine meeting date and time, which is the fourth Tuesday of each month at 7:30 pm in the Town Council Chambers, Town Hall. All members present voted to set the aforementioned date and time and to notify the Town Clerk.
8) General discussion ensued.
9) Meeting adjourned at 8:05 pm.
