REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
MEETING MINUTES
Meeting Place: Town Council Chambers
Meeting Date: May 30, 2001
Called to Order: 7:35 p.m.

1) Scott Gibbs was not able to attend. Discussed a potential role for Mr. Gibbs with the group. Mike Wood to follow up and invite Scott to the next meeting.
2) Discussed organization of the Agency to be done at a later date.
3) Went over the Stillwater Master Plan map and the process undertaken by the administration to prepare and present the plan which was accepted by the Town Council May 23, 2001.
4) A small budget is being requested for the agency. The condition of the Budget available funds will determine what seed money may be budgeted for the agency and the yearend.
5) All members were asked to compile a list of areas of Town to be included on a master list. Members will review options and make a master list.
6) After we compile the list, the group will visit the various sites/areas.
7) Group would like information:
a. Copy of Comprehensive Plan
b. Copy of RIGL title 45, Chapters 31, 32, 33
c. By-laws or organizational charters of other redevelopment agencies/authorities in the State
8) Discussed asking Mr. Kane and a representative of Downtown Pascoag Association to attend the next meeting.
9) The first objective of the Agency will be to identify and prioritize areas of Town for potential Redevelopment, submit a recommendation to Town Council along with a listing of administrative authority the agency will need in order to execute the various plan(s).
10) No formal action or votes were taken.
11) Meeting adjourned at 8:45 pm.
Note: Meeting of May 22, 2001 was cancelled and rescheduled for May 30, 2001.
