Approval of Minutes:
Approved Minutes of September 25, 2001. Unanimous vote.
Approval of Expenditures:
Voted to approve NEEDS bill in the amount of $300.00 dated 9/30/01.
Committee Actions:
Timothy Kane to Email copy of the enabling act to all members (hard copies have been distributed previously).
Reviewed memorandum from Mr. Lanoie regarding the process to involve other boards, committees, etc. into the Agency s evaluation of potential areas for consideration. Voted unanimously to start a file for potential polices and procedures and to add this conceptual process to the file. It was noted that the list of participants could change. Comprehensive Plan Committee will be added to the list.
Timothy Kane and Tom Kravitz will review whether or not it might be practical to include a section in the proposed
Redevelopment Agency Organizational Issues/By-Laws
Attorney Kane mentioned that he was development a draft set of by-laws of the
Pawtucket Redevelopment Agency as a model. The draft by-laws will be mailed to the members in advance of the next meeting of the Agency.
