ANNUAL REMINDER
Whipple Avenue Compost Facility will be closing for the season on WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 29, 2006.
Following the last day of seasonal operation on November 29, residents must make an appointment through the Department of Public Works for any their special waste disposal needs by contacting phonephonenumber$6568$$$o:lstrans568-4440 extension 212, or wait until the normal hours of operation resume in April 2007.
Items that are acceptable by appointment are items such as, scrap metals, tires and cathode ray tube electronic wastes. PLEASE addressStreetDO NOT PLACE THESE ITEMS OUT WITH THE CURBSIDE TRASH. THEY WILL NOT BE COLLECTED stocktickerAND stocktickerMAY BE SUBJECT TO NOTICE OF FINE.
Tell your neighbors, tell your friends. Please do your part to dispose of your special solid wastes properly. RI Resource Recovery Corporation cannot accept every item we try to place at the curb.
