Holiday Christmas Tree Disposal
The Whipple Avenue COMPOST FACILITY will be open to Burrillville residents during the first two weeks of January, 2007 for the disposal of:
CHRISTMAS TREES
Listed below are the hours of operation for JANUARY 2007:
· WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 3rd FROM 9:00 AM TO 1:00 PM.
· SATURDAY, JANUARY 6TH FROM 9:00 AM TO 1:00 PM.
· WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 10TH FROM 9:00 AM TO 1:00 PM.
· SATURDAY, JANUARY 13TH FROM 9:00 AM TO 1:00 PM.
Residents of Burrillville are reminded that Christmas trees with ornaments, tinsel or in plastic bags will NOT be accepted. All trees must be cleaned free of these items prior to disposal.
*THE PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT DOES NOT COLLECT CHRISTMAS TREES AT CURBSIDE. PLEASE addressStreetDO NOT PLACE TREES OUT WITH YOUR WEEKLY CURBSIDE TRASH & RECYCLABLES. THEY WILL NOT BE COLLECTED.
