Residents disposing of Cardboard Boxes may do so by placing cardboard on the curb along with the Green Recycle Bin, cut to approximately 30" x 30". Cardboard not cut down to size may be rejected by the Recycling Collector.
Cardboard Boxes may not be used as trash containers. Boxes containing loose or bagged trash will not be collected at all by either the trash collector or recycling collector.
Residents are asked to please take the little extra required time to properly break cardboard down so that it may be recycled with the Green Bin recyclables. In an effort to increase recycling in Burrillville, cardboard will not be collected by the trash collector.
