Residents may drop off their old clothes, belts, coats, shoes, sheets, blankets, towels, clean rags, and any other used fabric at the clothing drop box located at the Public Works Department. Other clothing drop boxes are located at various locations town wide.
Residents are asked to place clothing/fabrics in a clean plastic bag and place them in the box. Residents are asked to please not leave any articles on the ground outside of the box. The Town receives a small stipend for the amount of clothing/fabric which is collected. This money will go towards a scholarship fund for the purchase of textbooks for college bound Burrillville students.
