Tires
Tires may be dropped off at the Whipple Avenue Compost Facility during normal hours of operation.
TIRES MUST BE OFF THE RIM OR THEY WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
ONLY FOUR (4) TIRES ARE ALLOWED PER RESIDENT.
Used Motor Oil
Used motor oil may be dropped off at the Public Works Garage, located on 65 Union Avenue between 6:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
NO MORE THAN FIVE (5) GALLONS WILL BE ACCEPTED AT ONE TIME
Residents must check in at the office before dropping off oil in the oil igloo. NO OTHER CHEIMCALS ARE PERMITTED IN THE OIL IGLOO. One contaminated load of oil can cost the town up to $500.00 to dispose of. Uncontaminated loads are emptied free of charge.
Used Oil Filters

Used Auto Batteries

Used antifreeze may be dropped off at the Public Works Garage, located on 65 Union Avenue between 6:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
