Cote, Owner(s) of property on 499 Mowry Street, Pole # 39 in the Village of Harrisville, Town of Burrillville, Assessor’s Map: 176 Lot: 29 in the F-2 Zoning District has/have filed an application for a special use permit to construct an addition on an existing dwelling to create a two family dwelling. Zoning Ordinance 30-71 Zoning district uses - Section 2 #3.
OTHER BUSINESS: The Zoning Board of Review will hold election of Zoning Board Officers for the upcoming year and a public workshop directly after the public hearing.
