CASE # 2009-04:  LA CANTINA REALTY LLC (Stefano Dukcevich):  Applicant(s), and La Cantina Realty LLC (Stefano Dukcevich) , Owner(s) of property on 180 Davis Drive, Pole # 1-11, in the Village of Pascoag, Town of Burrillville, Assessor’s Map: 247  Lots: 23 & 26  in the GI, A-80 Zoning Districts has/have filed an application for a variance to build an addition.  Zoning Ordinance 30-154 Impervious surfaces., and 30-202(d) Lot dimensional requirements.  Note:  The applicant has withdrawn this case.
