CASE # 2010-01:  NORTHWEST COMMUNITY HEALTH CARE d/b/a Well One:  Applicant(s), and Northwest Community Health Care d/b/a Well One, Owner(s) of property on 36 Bridge Way, Pole # 3, in the Village of Pascoag, Town of Burrillville, Assessor’s Map: 175  Lot:  38  in the VC, A-100 Zoning Districts has/have filed an application for a variance and a special use permit to build an addition.  Zoning Ordinance 30-71 section 4, #7 Zoning District Use Regulations, 30-154 Impervious Surfaces, 30-156 Off-Street Parking and Loading, and 30-202 (d) Aquifer Zoning. Note:  This case was continued from the January 12, 2010 Zoning Hearing.


CASE # 2010-02:  JJP PASCOAG, LLC:  Applicant(s), and Hand Realty, LLC, Independent Management, LLC, and Lehigh Realty, LLC, Owner(s) of property on 20 High Street, in the Village of Pascoag, Town of Burrillville, Assessor’s Map: 174  Lots:  132 & 133 and Map 191 Lot 114  in the VC, R-20, A-80 Zoning Districts has/have filed an application for a variance to build a new CVS Pharmacy.  Zoning Ordinance 30-111, 30-152, 30-154, 30-156, and 30-202.
