SPECIAL MEETING of the Town Council of the Town of Burrillville held Monday, October 21, 2002 at 7:00 p.m. in the Burrillville Town Council Chambers, Town Buildings, 105 Harrisville Main Street, Harrisville.
MEMBERS PRESENT: Council President Wallace F. Lees; Councilors Jacqueline Zahn, William A. Andrews, Louis Bleiweis, Edward F. Bonczek, William E. Gonyea and Norman C. Mainville.
MEMBERS ABSENT: None
VOTED to grant the request for Executive Session from Council President Wallace F. Lees pursuant to Rhode Island Open Meeting Law [§42-46-5(a)(1)] to discuss the job performance of Town Manager Michael C. Wood.
Councilor Norman C. Mainville made the motion. Councilor Jacqueline Zahn seconded the motion. The vote was unanimous. Voting in favor of the motion were Council President Wallace F. Lees, Councilors Jacqueline Zahn, William A. Andrews, Louis Bleiweis, Edward F. Bonczek, William E. Gonyea and Norman C. Mainville.
The Council returned to Open Session at 8:02 p.m. Councilor Jacqueline Zahn announced that no votes had been taken.
VOTED to seal the minutes of the executive session.
Motion by Councilor Jacqueline Zahn. Seconded by Councilor William E. Gonyea. The vote was unanimous. Voting in favor of the motion were Council President Wallace F. Lees, Councilors Jacqueline Zahn, William A. Andrews, Louis Bleiweis, Edward F. Bonczek and William E. Gonyea and Norman C. Mainville.
VOTED to adjourn at 8:04 p.m.
Motion by Councilor Jacqueline Zahn. Seconded by Councilor William E. Gonyea. The vote was unanimous. Voting in favor of the motion were Council President Wallace F.
