Essential Skills for kids aged 11 to 14
Safe sitter is more than just a babysitting course. Safe Sitter advocates for safe childcare, good parenting skills and responsible adolescents.
Instructors are enthusiastic and committed to teens. Most are registered nurses and all are certified to teach Safe Sitter.
Instruction for this 1-day program includes:
- *Babysitting as a business *Preventing injuries
- *Success on the Job *Injury Management
- *Child Care Essentials *Safety for the Sitter
- *Preventing Problem Behavior *Behavior Management
- *Care of a Choking Infant, Child *Rescue Breathing
Cost: $40, includes all materials
