How much cut and fill of earthen material will be involved in this project?
The cut and fill required for the Clear River Energy Center (“CREC”) site is relatively neutral. Based on conceptual grading, approximately 80,000 cubic yards of cut and 85,000 cubic yards of fill are anticipated. Based on the geotechnical investigations conducted to date, much of the existing soil will be re-used.
