Approximately 2,000,000 gallons of ultra low sulfur diesel fuel (“ULSD”) will be stored at the site which will allow one generating unit to operate at base load for 72 hours during a curtailment of natural gas availability. This volume was selected based on the reasonable worst case expected gas curtailment. If a gas curtailment is anticipated to extend beyond 72 hours, delivery of ULSD by trucks will be required to operate the plant beyond the 72 hour time frame.
