Yes, according to the current site plan, the access road will require three separate wetland crossings. However, the access road will follow an existing road which already crosses the wetlands at those locations.
Based on the current general arrangement and conceptual site grading plan, the existing wetland features described are correct. The site footprint has been designed to avoid wetlands and wetland buffer areas.
